Investing.com - The number of building permits issued in Canada rose less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Statistics Canada said that Canadian building permits rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.1%, from -3.2% in the prior month whose figure was revised down from -3.0%.
Analysts had expected Canadian building permits to rise to 1.4% last month.
