Investing.com - Average hourly earnings, including bonuses in the U.K. fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, U.K. Office of National Statistics said that Average hourly earnings + bonus fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.7%, from 1.9% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 1.8%.

Analysts had expected Average hourly earnings + bonus to remain unchanged at 1.8% last month.
