Benzinga - Cryptocurrency prices moved lower this morning, with prices for Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC), the most valued cryptocurrency in the world, recording losses on Wednesday.

Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH) also recorded losses, trading below the $1,300 level on Wednesday.

Chiliz (CRYPTO: CHZ) was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while GMX (CRYPTO: GMX) turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap fell to $828.10 billion, recording a 24-hour decline of 2.8%. BTC was trading lower by 2.4% at $16,544, while ETH fell by around 4.9% to $1,209 on Wednesday.
