On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for August delivery traded at USD4.481 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 1.64%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.492 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD4.375 and resistance at USD4.608.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.30% to trade at USD79.83.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for August delivery fell 0.87% to trade at USD104.83 a barrel while Heating oil for August delivery fell 0.94% to trade at USD2.9752 per gallon.
