Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher in U.S. trade on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for June delivery traded at USD4.790 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 2.19%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.806 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD4.652 and resistance at USD4.821.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.48% to trade at USD79.16.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for June delivery rose 0.66% to trade at USD100.14 a barrel while Heating oil for June delivery fell 0.41% to trade at USD2.8944 per gallon.
