ROME (Reuters) - Italy's new hard-right Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni reiterated her country's firm support for Ukraine in a phone call on Thursday with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, her office said.
"Prime Minister Meloni reaffirmed (Italy's) full support for Ukraine against the Russian aggression and the importance ... of strengthening NATO's engagement in countering threats of diverse nature from all strategic directions", a statement said.
