Investing.com - Gold futures were lower in Asian trade on Wednesday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for April delivery traded at USD1189.00 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 0.20%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1187.10 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1167.90 and resistance at USD1194.50.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.15% to trade at USD97.29.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for May delivery fell 0.47% to trade at USD16.903 a troy ounce while Copper for May delivery fell 0.45% to trade at USD2.782 a pound.
