Investing.com - Gold futures were lower during the U.S. session on Monday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for December delivery traded at USD1094.50 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 0.78%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1088.40 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1073.70 and resistance at USD1105.80.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.79% to trade at USD96.57.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for September delivery fell 0.57% to trade at USD14.570 a troy ounce while Copper for September delivery fell 1.18% to trade at USD2.354 a pound.
