OSLO (Reuters) - Equinor (OL:EQNR), the largest operator of offshore oil and gas platforms in Norway, said a strike that started on Tuesday among hundreds of oil and drilling workers was not disrupting production.
"Currently the strike has no effect on our production," Equinor spokesman Eskil Eriksen said. Equinor recently changed its name from Statoil .
"We have three rigs and one vessel that do drilling and well operations for Equinor. There are no changes on projects and start-ups for now."
