Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for July delivery traded at USD59.99 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.28%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD59.84 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD57.86 and resistance at USD61.82.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.24% to trade at USD95.20.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for July delivery fell 0.99% to trade at USD64.47 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.48 a barrel.
