Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in European trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD45.38 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.32%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD44.83 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD44.03 and resistance at USD47.48.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.53% to trade at USD98.92.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery fell 1.28% to trade at USD53.73 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.35 a barrel.
