Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for April delivery traded at USD48.74 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.19%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD48.66 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD47.80 and resistance at USD51.28.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.13% to trade at USD95.22.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for April delivery rose 0.36% to trade at USD60.70 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD11.96 a barrel.
