Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD46.09 a barrel at time of writing falling 1.19%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD46.08 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD44.03 and resistance at USD47.48.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.92% to trade at USD98.28.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery fell 1.70% to trade at USD55.65 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD9.56 a barrel.
