Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD100.44 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.17%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD100.48 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD98.97 and resistance at USD100.98.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.05% to trade at USD79.51.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for June delivery rose 0.09% to trade at USD108.09 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD7.65 a barrel.
