On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD101.97 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.03%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD102.05 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD101.20 and resistance at USD103.82.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.02% to trade at USD79.84.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for June delivery fell 0.03% to trade at USD110.34 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.37 a barrel.
