Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for September delivery traded at USD47.85 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.26%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD47.95 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD46.68 and resistance at USD49.03.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.17% to trade at USD96.60.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for September delivery rose 0.02% to trade at USD53.14 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD5.29 a barrel.
