Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Wednesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for July delivery traded at USD60.83 a barrel at time of writing rising 1.15%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD61.06 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD56.83 and resistance at USD61.06.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.00% to trade at USD95.17.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for July delivery rose 0.67% to trade at USD65.28 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.45 a barrel.
