Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for June delivery traded at USD59.70 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.11%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD59.88 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD56.07 and resistance at USD59.85.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.15% to trade at USD95.01.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for June delivery fell 0.08% to trade at USD66.66 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD6.96 a barrel.
