The investment seeks to provide investors with capital appreciation. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. Equity securities include common stock and preferred stock. It may invest in companies of any market capitalization in seeking to achieve its investment goal. These securities may be listed on an exchange or traded over-the-counter. The fund will generally hold 25 to 45 companies, with residual cash and equivalents expected to represent less than 10% of the fund's net assets. It is non-diversified.
