Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to provide investment results approximating the aggregate price and dividend performance of the securities included in the MSCI EAFE® Index. The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in the equity securities included in the MSCI EAFE® Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the index and in American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), European Depositary Receipts (“EDRs”), and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) representing such securities and Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Before his current role, he was a Portfolio Manager in the Quantitative Management Group of NTGI, responsible for the management of index portfolios. Brent has a broad range of expertise in both large capitalization and small capitalization index mandates. Prior to this, Brent spent five years in trust operations as a team leader of the Foundations and Endowments team. He received a B.A. degree in Economics from DePauw University and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from DePaul University. Brent is an Associated Person with the National Futures Association.

Biography Shaun Murphy is a Senior Vice President at Northern Trust Investments Inc in June 2004. He is a Portfolio Manager in the U.S. Equities Division within the Quantitative Management Group of Northern Trust Global Investments. He was previously a Portfolio Manager at State Street Global Advisors in London. Shaun received a degree in Business Studies from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Wetter joined Voya IM in April 2012 and prior to that he was a portfolio manager and trader at Mellon Asset Management (2007 – 2009), and Northern Trust (2003 – 2007). Steve earned a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA in finance (with distinction) from New York University Stern School of Business.
