Guesses a combination of : oversupply no longer a issue/negative, Tesla price jump (exagerrated by Shorts squeeze), UK & others wanting electrification- major city no go areas for petrol & diesel- long players moving in after other precious/rarer metals like platinum palladium recrnt run up
