The fund is co-managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC and Northwest & Ethical Investments L.P. The fund invests in the public equity markets. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P/TSX Composite ESG Index, by using full replication technique. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across controversial weapons, thermal coal extraction and power generation, coal, small arms, military contracting, oil sands, production and retail of tobacco or related products/services sectors.
