You are right. Weekly EMA 100 lies at 1745 and Weekly EMA 200 at 1632. But gold and dxy has no correlation. At many times, you may see both trading in same direction.

Previously, I used to believe what you are saying right now but after closely observing DXY and Bond Yields for about 2 years, I came to conclusion that though experts try to correlate these with the movement in gold, gold has it's own course independent on these other instruments. Technicals and fundamentals are generally useful in the most of the cases. Market psychology also plays an important role in successful trading to catch the contra approach of the market (Bull & Bear Traps). I am not an expert but these observations are based on my personal trading experience. Good luck.

Sellers can be sure that they will definitely lose. Despite this inflation, gold now has the lowest price. Let's not forget that gold ounces were above 2.

Daily EMA 20, 50 and 100 lies in the range of 1804 to 1812. Further, the gold is trading below weekly EMA 20 and 50. Weekly EMA 100 lies at 1745 that it breached today and trading above it ATM. From the above, it may be concluded that 1745 region may provide a support. But falling and sustaining below this level (1745) may lead to more selling pressure that may drag gold below 1700 even. I may be wrong. Do your own analysis and trade accordingly. Best wishes.

I think they are trying very hard to squeeze out every ounce of gold from the clutches of weaker holders. I see this trading in $10,000s in as near as 18 months... Of course I can be very wrong...but I have a hunch...
