A dry spring has left Norway's dams woefully under capacity which is likely to hurt Norway's aluminum production later in the year - making Europe far more dependent on Russian aluminum (or Chinese aluminium). Keep an eye on Chinese warehouse stocks as the London ones are dropping too rapidly to provide any buffer.
