The opening segment of the TipTv’s macro show saw host ZaK Mir and co-host Jenny Hammond weigh-in on varied topics ranging from Obama’s visit to UK to Saudi’s bond issue exercise.

While talking about Obama’s take on EU referendum, Hammond noted that the British in particular do not appreciate any advice from the Americans. US President Obama, on his three-day visit to UK, said UK must vote to remain in EU.

Technical charts from Colin Twiggs showed that the Dow index has seen a break above18,000 levels, which is the neckline of the double bottom formation over the recent months. Mir also noted that most of the major indices are still pointing to further gains despite a hiccup yesterday.

Hammond concluded the introductory segment by informing viewers that Saudi Arabia has issued $10 billion bonds; its first issuance in 25 years.
