M&A
Prologis (NYSE:PLD), the world's largest warehouse owner has bid upwards of +$20bn for Blackstone's (NYSE:BX) logistics portfolio.
Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRKa) has agreed to buy Alleghany (NYSE:Y), an investment holding company for $11.6bn.
Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has acquired UK-based fintech start-up Credit Kudos which uses machine learning to create an alternative to traditional credit scores.
Venture Capital
Ramp, a finance automation company has raised $750m via $200m in equity from Founders Fund and the remaining in debt via Citi and Goldman.
Yuga Labs, the Bored Yacht Club NFT creator has raised a $450 seed round led by a16z Crypto at a $4bn valuation.
Worldcoin, a crypto startup is going to raise $100m at a $3bn token valuation led by az16z and Khosla Ventures.
