  • LogicMark, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGMK) shares dropped 9.7% to $0.1760 in pre-market trading. LogicMark shares jumped over 39% on Wednesday after the company announced financial results for the year ended 2022.
  • TORM plc (NASDAQ: TRMD) fell 8.8% to $29.80 in pre-market trading after the company reported commencement of a secondary public offering of 5 million of its Class A common shares by a selling shareholder.
  • HUB Cyber Security (Israel) Ltd. (NASDAQ: HUBC) fell 7.9% to $1.28 in pre-market after dropping more than 11% on Wednesday.
