Shares of Reliance Global Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RELI) fell sharply in today’s pre-market trading after reporting financial results for the year ended Dec 31, 2023.

Reliance Global Group posted a net loss of $12.0 million for 2023, compared to net income of $6.5 million in 2022..

Reliance Global Group shares tumbled 11.3% to $0.47 in pre-market trading.
