Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods, Industrials and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 1.12%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 5.90% or 63.0 points to trade at 1130.0 at the close. William Demant Holding (CO:WDH) added 2.85% or 19.0 points to end at 685.0 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 2.17% or 5.60 points to 264.10 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which added 0.27% or 0.5 points to trade at 183.0 in late trade. TDC A/S (CO:TDC) added 0.41% or 0.14 points to end at 33.93 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) gained 0.59% or 1.4 points to 240.4.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 105 to 52 and 12 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.16% or 0.08 to $48.59 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.06% or 0.03 to hit $48.78 a barrel, while the June Gold contract fell 0.28% or 3.55 to trade at $1251.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.08% to 6.6328, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4363.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.13% at 95.42.
