The most oversold stocks in the real estate sector presents an opportunity to buy into undervalued companies.

The RSI is a momentum indicator, which compares a stock's strength on days when prices go up to its strength on days when prices go down. When compared to a stock's price action, it can give traders a better sense of how a stock may perform in the short term. An asset is typically considered oversold when the RSI is below 30, according to Benzinga Pro.

Here’s the latest list of major oversold players in this sector, having an RSI near or below 30.

Ohmyhome Limited (NASDAQ: OMH)

  • On Jan. 8, Ohmyhome and Webuy Global announced a strategic collaboration to cross-sell their distinct services in Singapore. Webuy will offer Ohmyhome's property listing, renovation and other services through its community e-commerce platform and Group Leaders. The company’s stock fell around 36% over the past month and has a 52-week low of $0.90 .
  • RSI Value: 23.87
  • OMH Price Action: Shares of Ohmyhome fell 2.1% to close at $0.95 on Wednesday.
Peakstone Realty Trust (NYSE: PKST)
  • On Nov. 9, Peakstone Realty Trust posted downbeat third-quarter sales. "We continue to successfully implement our go-forward strategy," stated Michael J. Escalante, PKST's Chief Executive Officer. "Through a combination of our resilient cash flows and the disposition of non-core assets, we are reducing leverage and working towards achieving an investment grade balance sheet. During the third quarter, we improved the profile of our ‘Other’ segment through the disposition of one property and the renewal of two leases. Looking forward, we are well-positioned to continue the execution of our business plan despite the challenging macroeconomic environment." The company’s stock fell around 10% over the past five days. It has a 52-week low of $12.29.

  • PKST Price Action: Shares of Peakstone Realty Trust fell 4.5% to close at $14.48 on Wednesday.
