U.S. stocks traded higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 100 points on Wednesday.
Shares of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) rose during Wednesday’s session following upbeat quarterly earnings.
Textron posted adjusted earnings of $1.60 per share, beating market estimates of $1.54 per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $3.89 billion versus expectations of $3.95 billion, according to data from Benzinga Pro.
Textron shares gained 6% to $ 84.09 on Wednesday.

- EverQuote, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVER) shares gained 10% to $12.98.
- TAL Education Group (NYSE: TAL) shares gained 9% to $11.87.
- QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNST) gained 8% to $12.58.
- New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU) jumped 8% to $77.74 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter sales results.
- ASML Holding N.V. (NASDAQ: ASML) gained 7.3% to $835.92 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results and issued guidance.
- Richtech Robotics Inc. (NASDAQ: RR) surged 7% to $11.88.
- SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) climbed 6.8% to $174.64 after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results.
- Domo, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOMO) surged 5.5% to $10.37.
- The Progressive Corporation (NYSE: PGR) rose 5.4% to $179.49 after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results.
- First Horizon Corporation (NYSE: FHN) gained 3.5% to $14.73 after UBS upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy. First Horizon plans to repurchase up to $650 million of its common stock.
