(Reuters) -French food caterer Sodexo (EPA:EXHO) announced on Monday the appointment of Sebastien de Tramasure as the group's new chief financial officer, replacing Marc Rolland.
The evolution in leadership is "based on a long-standing succession plan," Sodexo said in a statement.
Marc Rolland, who has been in the position for the last eight years, will remain as CFO until May 1 before taking another position yet to be announced.
Sebastien de Tramasure is currently CFO of Sodexo North America, and has been in the company for almost 18 years.
