Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Financial Services and Media & Publishing sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.76%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110), which rose 3.85% or 1.70 points to trade at 45.90 at the close. City Cement Co (SE:3003) added 3.30% or 0.31 points to end at 9.69 and Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co (SE:1330) was up 3.20% or 0.22 points to 7.10 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Almarai Company (SE:2280), which lost 6.07% or 3.40 points to trade at 52.60 in late trade. Samba Financial Group (SE:1090) declined 3.26% or 1.20 points to end at 35.60 and Banque Saudi Fransi (SE:1050) shed 2.77% or 1.05 points to 36.90.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 92 to 76 and 19 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $54.04 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 2.35% or 1.44 to hit $62.62 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.86% or 11.15 to trade at $1281.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.04% to 4.2649, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7508.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.32% at 96.020.
