Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Telecoms & IT and Financial Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.45%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were LIVA Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8280), which rose 6.66% or 1.20 points to trade at 19.22 at the close. Saudi Manpower Solutions Co (TADAWUL:1834) added 5.80% or 0.51 points to end at 9.30 and Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co SJSC (TADAWUL:8170) was up 4.57% or 0.82 points to 18.76 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061), which lost 5.69% or 0.07 points to trade at 1.16 in late trade. Arab National Bank (TADAWUL:1080) declined 4.09% or 0.84 points to end at 19.72 and Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co (TADAWUL:1111) shed 3.78% or 9.00 points to 229.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 168 to 122 and 24 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.01% or 0.84 to $84.22 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.84% or 0.73 to hit $87.33 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.14% or 3.30 to trade at $2,335.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.11% to 4.02, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 105.56.
