Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Real Estate Development, Financial Services and Telecoms & IT sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.18%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Cable Company (TADAWUL:2110), which rose 9.87% or 6.80 points to trade at 75.70 at the close. Saudi Automotive Services Co. (TADAWUL:4050) added 7.16% or 5.60 points to end at 83.80 and Nama Chemicals Co. (TADAWUL:2210) was up 6.39% or 1.75 points to 29.15 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Jabal Omar Development Company (TADAWUL:4250), which lost 3.98% or 1.05 points to trade at 25.35 in late trade. The Qassim Cement Co (TADAWUL:3040) declined 3.13% or 1.70 points to end at 52.70 and Baazeem Trading Co (TADAWUL:4051) shed 2.76% or 0.19 points to 6.69.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 143 to 136 and 33 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.04% or 0.03 to $73.52 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.05% or 0.04 to hit $76.89 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.28% or 7.20 to trade at $2,534.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.18% to 4.15, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 101.59.
