Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Industrial Investment and Hotels & Tourism sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.56%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201), which rose 9.90% or 0.67 points to trade at 7.44 at the close. Al Aseel Co Ltd (TADAWUL:4012) added 9.09% or 0.40 points to end at 4.80 and Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) was up 7.69% or 0.03 points to 0.42 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Herfy Food Services Co (TADAWUL:6002), which lost 4.11% or 1.15 points to trade at 26.80 in late trade. Sedco Capital REIT (TADAWUL:4344) declined 3.60% or 0.31 points to end at 8.29 and Yamamah Saudi Cement Co. (TADAWUL:3020) shed 2.18% or 0.65 points to 29.15.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 221 to 70 and 20 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 2.27% or 1.66 to $74.90 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 2.14% or 1.64 to hit $78.22 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.68% or 17.90 to trade at $2,643.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 4.11, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 102.57.
