Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Industrial Investment and Media & Publishing sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.22%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which rose 9.09% or 0.02 points to trade at 0.24 at the close. Middle East Specialized Cables Co (TADAWUL:2370) added 7.79% or 3.00 points to end at 41.50 and CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8240) was up 7.61% or 3.20 points to 45.25 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8050), which lost 3.55% or 1.00 points to trade at 27.15 in late trade. Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1212) declined 3.10% or 5.20 points to end at 162.80 and United Int Transportation Company (TADAWUL:4260) shed 2.98% or 2.60 points to 84.60.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 146 to 145 and 22 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 1.16% or 0.79 to $67.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.02% or 0.73 to hit $70.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.62% or 16.40 to trade at $2,675.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.48% to 4.16, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 100.92.
