Mike Khouw said, “I like vertical call spreads in some of the retail names including also discretionary.” He named Nike Inc (NYSE: NYSE:NKE) as an example. Khouw also recommended to hedge bets in FedEx Corporation (NYSE: NYSE:FDX) also with vertical call spreads.
NKE, FDX Price Action: shares of Nike lost 2.36% to end Friday’s session at $105.95, while FedEx’s stock settled 0.79% lower at $171.72.
