Proactive Investors - Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has rolled out its Copilot Pro artificial intelligence programme to consumers, two months after large businesses were given access.
At US$20 a month, the subscription costs the same as ChatGPT-4 and offers AI features within Microsoft’s apps.
“Whether you need advanced help with writing, coding, designing, researching or learning, Copilot Pro brings greater performance, productivity and creativity,” Microsoft said in a blog post.
A Copilot Pro subscription will allow access to the technology within the likes of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
This can be used on non-Microsoft products, such as other PCs and iPads and has been rolled out to mobiles through an app.
Access to OpenAI’s latest models, including ChatGPT-4 Turbo, will also be offered at peak times through the subscription.
Microsoft added thousands of people across different sectors had already begun using the programme on its apps, after the likes of Visa (NYSE:V), BP (LON:BP), Honda and Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) have taken it on.
