Investing.com – Israel equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Technology, Biomed and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.49%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Shufersal (TA:SAE), which rose 2.21% or 47 points to trade at 2176 at the close. Delek Group (TA:DLEKG) added 2.05% or 1100 points to end at 54800 and Delek Drilling LP (TA:DEDRp) was up 2.03% or 20 points to 1016 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Perrigo (TA:PRGO), which lost 3.90% or 1100 points to trade at 27120 in late trade. Sodastream International Ltd (TA:SODA) declined 3.00% or 980.0 points to end at 31650.0 and Frutarom Industries Ltd (TA:FRUT) shed 2.61% or 900 points to 33600.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 224 to 169 and 25 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.81% or 0.55 to $67.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.79% or 0.58 to hit $72.78 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.64% or 8.40 to trade at $1314.00 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.00% to 3.6235, while EUR/ILS rose 0.05% to 4.3323.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 92.48.
