Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Communication sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 1.19%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG), which rose 5.04% or 1,230.00 points to trade at 25,640.00 at the close. OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE) added 3.94% or 103.00 points to end at 2,717.00 and Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:BIG) was up 3.72% or 1,480.00 points to 41,230.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA), which lost 1.10% or 77.00 points to trade at 6,905.00 in late trade. Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) declined 0.39% or 120.00 points to end at 30,870.00 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) shed 0.32% or 5.00 points to 1,576.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 308 to 140 and 91 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 1.99% or 1.38 to $70.58 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.75% or 1.27 to hit $73.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.61% or 15.45 to trade at $2,541.45 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.56% to 3.70, while EUR/ILS rose 0.61% to 4.10.
The US Dollar Index Futures was unchanged 0.00% at 101.30.
