Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Consumer Industry and Manufacturing sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite lost 0.37%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Indo Kordsa Tbk (JK:BRAM), which rose 24.74% or 1175 points to trade at 5925 at the close. Asuransi Bintang Tbk (JK:ASBI) added 24.52% or 76.00 points to end at 386.00 and Mnc Land Tbk (JK:KPIG) was up 12.60% or 155 points to 1385 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Rimau Multi Putra Pratama (JK:CMPP), which lost 25.00% or 325 points to trade at 975 in late trade. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 (JK:SDRA) declined 11.25% or 90 points to end at 710 and Metro Realty Tbk (JK:MTSM) shed 10.60% or 32 points to 270.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 158 to 154 and 123 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.11% or 0.58 to $52.72 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.69% or 0.40 to hit $57.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.09% or 1.11 to trade at $1286.69 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.54% to 13513.0, while AUD/IDR fell 0.57% to 10484.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 93.20.
