Proactive Investors - Greatland Gold PLC (LON:GGPL) (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF) has released its 2023 Sustainability Report, marking the second dedicated report on the company's sustainability efforts.

Greatland Gold is primarily focused on mining development and exploration of precious and base metals. Its flagship asset, the Havieron gold-copper project in Western Australia's Paterson Province, is being developed in a joint venture with ASX gold major, Newcrest Mining Limited. The project is located approximately 45 kilometres east of Newcrest's existing Telfer gold mine.
Significant progress has been made in the development of Havieron, with over 2,400 metres (m) of total development, including 1,700m of advance in the main access decline. The project aims to leverage the existing infrastructure and processing plant of the Telfer mine, which will help reduce capital expenditure and mitigate development risks.
Greatland has a strong track record of success in discovery and exploration, and it continues to apply advanced techniques in under-explored regions to uncover the next generation of tier-one mineral deposits. Alongside the development of Havieron, the company is focused on becoming a significant-scale multi-commodity miner with several exploration projects across Western Australia.
