Gap, Oracle And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Friday's Pre-Market Session

Benzinga - U.S. stock futures traded lower this morning. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • SVB Financial Group (NASDAQ: SIVB) shares tumbled 21.4% to $83.29 in pre-market. SVB Financial shares dropped 60% on Thursday after the company announced a $1.25 billion common stock offering.
  • Allbirds, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIRD) dipped 11.4% to $2.09 in pre-market trading after the company announced weaker-than-expected Q4 results. Allbirds also named Annie Mitchell as Chief Financial Officer.
  • The Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) dipped 8.5% to $10.60 in pre-market trading as the company posted a wider-than-expected loss for its fourth quarter and issued weak full-year sales forecast.
  • DocuSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) shares dropped 7.3% to $59.69 in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter results and announced its CFO will step down.

  • Ocean Biomedical, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCEA) fell 6.4% to $9.88 in pre-market trading. Ocean Biomedical shares jumped 125% on Thursday after the company's co-founder presented details of his previously published discoveries that have potential application for tumor suppression across multiple cancer pathways.
  • Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft (NYSE: DB) shares declined 5.7% to $11.23 in pre-market trading after dropping over 3% on Thursday.
  • RLX Technology Inc. (NYSE: RLX) dropped 5.5% to $2.07 in pre-market trading after reporting downbeat quarterly sales.
  • Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) fell 3.8% to $83.52 in pre-market trading. Oracle reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter, while sales missed estimates.
  • ING Groep N.V. (NYSE: ING) fell 3.8% to $13.00 in pre-market trading. ING will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 24 April, 2023 to appoint Alexandra Reich to the Supervisory Board.
