At the market open in London, the FTSE 100 Index climbed 0.49%. The FTSE 250 Index and the FTSE 350 Index also rose. The FTSE 250 increased 1.11%, while the FTSE 350 was up by 0.67%.

- Intermediate Capital (LON:ICGIN): Increased 1.93% or 37.00 points to 1,959.00
- Scottish Mortgage (LON:SMT): Climbed 2.02% or 15.54 points to 783.54

- Rightmove (LON:RMV): Dropped 6.50% or 35.60 points to 512.40
- HALEON (LON:HLN): Fell 1.57% or 5.80 points to 363.40
- AstraZeneca (NASDAQ:AZN): Declined 0.56% or 70.0 points to 12,388.0

- Gold Futures for December delivery climbed 1.45 points to 2,445.85 a troy ounce.

Currency Markets:
- GBP/USD continues its journey inside 1.27 territory at 1.2755 after starting yesterday below the 1.28 line.
- EUR/GBP has stabilised itself over 0.85 at 0,8577.
- The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.27% at 102.757.
