LONDON (Reuters) - Terra Firma, the private equity firm founded by Guy Hands, has approached London-listed serviced offices provider IWG (L:IWG) about a possible takeover bid, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
It comes as three other suitors circle the FTSE 250 company. Starwood Capital, TDR Capital and Prime Opportunities Investment Group are also considering whether to make firm offers for IWG, which is best known for its Regus brand.
