FRANKFURT (Reuters) -Deutsche Bank, Germany's largest lender, has a new big shareholder, a regulatory filing showed on Monday.
Capital Group holds 3.04% of the bank, up from 0.1% previously, the disclosure showed.
Capital Group and Deutsche Bank (ETR:DBKGn) declined to comment.
The U.S. investor had a stake of more than 5% in Deutsche Bank before selling it down considerably, starting in 2022, filings show.
Deutsche Bank shares traded 0.6% lower late on Monday.
Capital Group was also once a top shareholder of Germany's Commerzbank (ETR:CBKG) before selling down its stake.
