Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Chemicals sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.78%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which rose 3.09% or 5.9 points to trade at 196.7 at the close. Nets A/S (CO:NETS) added 2.85% or 3.70 points to end at 133.30 and William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) was up 2.13% or 3.4 points to 163.1 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 6.63% or 48.5 points to trade at 683.0 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.04% or 28.0 points to end at 1344.0 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) shed 1.33% or 3.7 points to 273.8.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 60 to 56 and 24 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.10% or 0.51 to $45.92 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.07% or 0.53 to hit $48.81 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.75% or 9.16 to trade at $1217.94 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.46% to 6.8437, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4424.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.45% at 99.48.
