Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.29%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which rose 1.41% or 1.70 points to trade at 122.50 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 0.33% or 2.0 points to end at 614.5 and William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) was up 0.30% or 0.4 points to 133.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which lost 2.21% or 270 points to trade at 11970 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 1.81% or 26.0 points to end at 1407.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 1.46% or 170 points to 11480.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 74 to 37 and 23 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.51% or 0.27 to $53.09 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.18% or 0.10 to hit $55.55 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 1.85 to trade at $1239.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.54% to 7.0024, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4332.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 100.87.
