Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.20%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 1.13% or 0.42 points to trade at 37.54 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 1.09% or 3.2 points to end at 297.0 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 0.43% or 6.0 points to 1389.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 2.67% or 18.0 points to trade at 655.5 in late trade. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 1.45% or 9.0 points to end at 611.0 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) shed 1.43% or 5.2 points to 357.3.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 76 to 37 and 20 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.06% or 0.03 to $48.82 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.02% or 0.01 to hit $51.83 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.61% or 7.46 to trade at $1237.46 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.91% to 6.7161, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4395.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.70% at 98.12.
